Summary of Completed Tasks
The development team has completed several tasks to improve the functionality and user experience of the system. The main focus areas include:
User Management: Added a new feature to create user accounts.
Data Tables: Updated designs to make them cleaner and easier to see, added aggregate columns alignment, and modified column headers to be sticky.
Invoice Management: Enhanced inbound records by adding options to update indeal account numbers, filter published invoices, and verify Published To EnableDate for unpublished records.
User Interface: Implemented forgot password functionality, updated the login screen with Indeal branding, and removed unnecessary 'Memberships' property.
Reporting: Added a feature to display top users within spaces, including a list of users by firstname, lastname, and company.
Project Management: Enabled adding boards to projects.
Data Quality: Removed bad records from the previous inbound gateway system and CRM.
Security: Implemented support for PWA install for the portal app.
Analytics: Enhanced Brands page with same colored circle in analytics, added 'last reported date' column, and modified color scheme.
Data Editing: Added option to edit rebate amount in inbound gateway editor.
Publishing: Enabled publishing feature with confirmation of published status on inbound gateway.
Accuracy: Ensured accurate dealer account number matching for Enable staff.
Additional Features:
Removed records from Claridge for October and November 2023 (CTO)
Reuploaded records for 2024 offices (CTO)
System Maintenance:
Implemented component deletion that affects extended records and inboundsheets data
Displayed 'Published' status when hitting publish in inbound gateway
